How is identity verified on the voice leg?

Two lightweight checks: confirm expected name, then confirm a knowledge factor — last 4 of phone, email we invited, or loyalty card. If both fail, agent sends an email verification link mid-call as fallback.

What do event triggers actually do?

14 built-in triggers — large purchase, return, review, VIP threshold, cart abandonment, churn signal, etc. — automatically fire a 1-3 question micro-survey when conditions match. Each tenant configures what fires + which survey per trigger. Max 1 micro-survey per respondent per rolling 30 days.
