SMS / Text Message Consent

CloudFran provides messaging on behalf of the businesses ("Merchants") that use our platform. By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from a Merchant via CloudFran. This page describes exactly what you consent to, how to opt in, and how to stop.

How you opt in

You provide express written consent to receive text messages in one of these ways:

• Entering your mobile number and checking the consent box on a Merchant's CloudFran-hosted signup, booking, or checkout page (shown below).
• Texting START to the number you received a message from.
• Providing written consent in person at the Merchant's location.

What messages you'll receive

• One-time passcodes for sign-in and account security.
• Account, appointment, and order/status notifications.
• Occasional promotional offers from the Merchant.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

How to opt out or get help

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe — you'll receive one confirmation and no further messages. Reply HELP for help, or email support@cloudfran.com.

Privacy

We do not sell or share your mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your number is used only to deliver the messages described above. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
