Getting started
How do I enroll my team?
Go to /Training/Dashboard → Invite Learners. Paste email addresses, one per line. Learners receive a signup email with a one-click join link. You can also upload a CSV of up to 500 learners at once.
Can I bring my own content?
On Professional and above, yes. Upload SCORM packages, MP4, MP3, or raw HTML. Our compliance pipeline applies the anti-skip / 80% gate to your content automatically once you mark it as required.
How is audio narration generated?
You can record your own, or use the built-in AI audio generator. Choose a voice, paste your script, get studio-quality audio in under 2 minutes.
Compliance & anti-skip
Can learners skip the audio?
No. The "Listen to 80% to continue" gate counts only seconds actually heard while playing — scrubbing forward does not count. The "Next" button stays locked until the learner has reached 80% coverage of the audio segment.
What if a course has no audio?
Text-only modules auto-pass the gate. Required audio tracking only kicks in when an audio element is present.
Is the audit trail accepted by regulators?
PolicyLog retains every autonomy change, completion event, and override for 7 years. Evidence packs are exportable on request. Used in regulated-industry audits.
For learners
How do I track my progress?
Dashboard shows every course you've started, your completion percentage, due dates, and downloadable certificates.
Can I download audio for offline?
If the course allows it (CanDownload flag), yes. Otherwise audio is stream-only to maintain CE-credit compliance.
For managers
Who on my team is behind?
Dashboard → Team tab. See who's 0%, <50%, at-risk, overdue. Nudge individuals or send the whole cohort a reminder.
Can I require specific courses?
Yes — mark any course as Required for a cohort and set a due-date. Non-completers get escalation notifications and appear on the manager dashboard.
Certificates
Where is my certificate?
Automatically generated on course completion. View in Dashboard → Certificates. Download as PDF or share a verified URL.
Do certificates carry CE credit?
CE eligibility depends on course + jurisdiction. Meditropia-adjacent MedSpa / PT / chiropractic courses carry state CE eligibility where accredited. Check each course's metadata.
