Is there a free trial?
14-day pilot on Starter and Professional — up to 50 learners, no credit card, no platform fee. No commitment to convert.
Can I bring my own content?
Yes on Professional and above. Upload SCORM packages, MP4, MP3, or authored HTML modules. The compliance pipeline applies to your content automatically.
Does CE credit transfer?
For Meditropia-adjacent specialties (MedSpa, PT, chiropractic), CE eligibility is tracked and certificates are state-aware. Check the Help Center for your jurisdiction.
What happens if we cancel?
Export your complete transcripts and audit logs in CSV or JSON at any time. We retain your audit trail for 7 years even after cancellation, available on request.
Is there a commission or revenue share?
Only on the Franchise tier — optional 3% of subscription revenue shared with the CSM who onboarded you. Not required, fully optional.
