When are credits applied?
Credits are applied within 24 hours after the new customer's annual subscription payment clears.
Can I stack credits?
Yes! You can stack up to 12 months of free credits. Refer 12 businesses = 1 year free!
Do credits expire?
Credits expire 12 months from the date they're earned. Use them or lose them!
Can I refer myself?
No, referrals must be for new customers. Self-referrals or abuse will result in account suspension.
What if they cancel?
If a referred customer cancels within 90 days, the credit is reversed from your account.
